While commercially reasonable efforts may be undertaken to maintain platform security and operational integrity, no digital platform, mobile application, cloud infrastructure, communication network, payment system, or internet-based service can guarantee complete immunity against cyber threats, technical vulnerabilities, hacking attempts, malware attacks, phishing activities, data interception, impersonation attempts, unauthorized intrusions, server failures, infrastructure outages, or other digital security incidents. Users understand and accept the inherent risks associated with internet-based interactions and acknowledge that the use of digital platforms always carries certain unavoidable technological risks.

Diners Den does not directly store confidential banking credentials such as card PINs, CVV numbers, net banking passwords, UPI PINs, or sensitive banking authentication details. Any payment request, payment link, QR code, communication, promotional message, or collection attempt not initiated through officially verified Diners Den systems, interfaces, or communication channels shall be treated solely at the user’s own discretion and risk. Diners Den shall not be responsible for fraudulent payment requests, fake representatives, scam communication, impersonation attempts, unauthorized collections, phishing activities, misleading advertisements, fake social media accounts, unofficial payment links, or payments made outside officially recognized Diners Den payment interfaces.

8. Restaurant Listings & Disputes

Restaurant listings, offers, promotions, menu details, pricing information, discount campaigns, service availability, images, dining experiences, estimated timings, and related information available on the platform may be updated, modified, revised, suspended, withdrawn, delayed, inaccurately displayed, or independently altered by restaurant partners or external systems from time to time. While reasonable efforts may be made to maintain accurate information, Diners Den does not independently guarantee the completeness, correctness, consistency, availability, authenticity, quality, hygiene, pricing accuracy, discount applicability, service standards, delivery timelines, promotional fulfillment, or operational conduct of restaurants listed on the platform.

Users acknowledge that participating restaurants operate as independent entities and remain solely responsible for food preparation, hygiene standards, ingredient disclosures, customer service, operational conduct, discount applicability, pricing decisions, packaging standards, dine-in experience, delivery execution, and fulfillment of restaurant-level commitments. Any dispute relating to food quality, allergy concerns, pricing discrepancies, denied discounts, unavailable offers, order delays, incorrect menu listings, service dissatisfaction, behavioral issues, promotional disputes, cancellations, refund disagreements, or restaurant-level operational failures shall primarily remain between the user and the respective restaurant partner.

Diners Den shall not be liable for situations where restaurants decline offers, fail to honor discounts, change prices after publication, deny promotional commitments, discontinue listed deals, alter operational terms, temporarily suspend services, cancel orders, delay deliveries, modify menu availability, or otherwise fail to meet user expectations. Platform listings and promotional visibility should not be interpreted as guarantees, warranties, endorsements, or binding assurances regarding restaurant conduct or service delivery.

9. Cookies & Tracking Systems

The platform may utilize cookies, tracking technologies, analytics systems, device identifiers, session tracking tools, pixels, communication technologies, and related digital mechanisms to improve platform functionality, optimize user experience, personalize recommendations, measure campaign effectiveness, understand user behavior, improve marketing efficiency, prevent fraud, analyze engagement patterns, and support business operations. By continuing to use the platform, users consent to the use of such technologies and acknowledge that certain functionalities may depend upon them.

Diners Den reserves the right to retain, process, analyze, aggregate, structure, utilize, commercialize, or derive insights from platform-level information, engagement behavior, usage trends, customer analytics, restaurant performance data, operational metrics, and anonymized or aggregated data for lawful commercial, analytical, operational, advertising, technological, strategic, or research-related purposes.

10. Disclaimers & Modifications

Nothing contained within this Privacy Policy shall be interpreted as creating any obligation upon Diners Den to provide uninterrupted services, permanent data availability, guaranteed offer accuracy, guaranteed payment success, guaranteed restaurant conduct, guaranteed technical uptime, or complete immunity against digital risks or third-party misconduct.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Diners Den disclaims liability for indirect losses, business interruptions, reputational damages, emotional distress, technical failures, payment fraud, unauthorized platform usage, cyber incidents, restaurant disputes, delivery failures, pricing discrepancies, denied offers, third-party misconduct, communication failures, infrastructure outages, loss of data, or damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.

Diners Den reserves the right to modify, revise, update, suspend, discontinue, or replace any portion of this Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after such modifications shall constitute acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
